St Monans Tidal Pool

The tidal pool at St Monans sits right at the water's edge, a proper slice of coastal Scotland that's been part of this fishing village for generations. The whole stretch from here towards Elie has good caravan parks scattered about, making it a natural hub for a week exploring this corner of Fife. The pool won't take hours of your time, but it's exactly the sort of free, unpretentious spot that makes a holiday proper memorable.
