Walkers heading out from Woodview Caravan Site or Greenfields Glamping could easily make this a quick stop on a route through the Staffordshire countryside.

Allow twenty minutes to half an hour, depending on how deep you want to go with the details. Summer's probably better than winter if you want decent light inside. If you're after proper medieval churches with significant historical weight, you'll find weightier examples elsewhere, but if you're in the area staying at one of the local parks and fancy a walk with a destination, Saint Nicholas' does the job well enough. The real draw is the landscape around it rather than the building itself, but that's fine - sometimes that's exactly what you want.
