Saint Ildierna

This tiny medieval church sits just outside Lansallos, a proper out-of-the-way corner of south Cornwall that most visitors completely miss. Saint Ildierna itself is small - the kind of place where you can take it in within twenty minutes - but it's got real character. The building dates back centuries, with that solid stone construction and modest windows you find dotted through rural Cornwall. Inside, it's quiet.
