The deer roam in more open areas, and there's something oddly calming about watching them graze while you wander the grounds.

This is unmissable if you've got young kids - they'll be occupied for a good couple of hours, and the novelty of getting close to creatures they'd normally only see in zoos keeps them engaged. Adults without children might find it a bit thin on substance after an hour, if I'm honest. The pathways are straightforward, nothing strenuous, so it works for families with buggies or older relatives who don't fancy proper hiking.
