Pettycroft Viewpoint

The view from Pettycroft hits you properly on a clear day. You're looking out across the Forest of Dean towards the Welsh border, with the landscape rolling away in layers of green - some days you can see right into Wales if you're lucky. There's not much infrastructure here, which is rather the point. It's a proper walker's spot rather than somewhere you'd spend an afternoon.
