It's a working gallery and studio space in Tayport where you can actually watch artists at their craft rather than just gawk at finished pieces behind glass. The focus is on handmade work - prints, illustrations, paper-based art, that sort of thing - and the quality varies but the passion doesn't.

You'll want to allow a good hour here, longer if you're the type to chat with whoever's working that day. It's genuinely interactive, not in a forced way. Families with kids who can sit still for more than five minutes will get more out of it than younger children, truth be told. If you're staying at Tayport Links or Larick Campsite - both excellent spots - this makes for a worthwhile wet-weather backup or a lazy afternoon detour. It's also the sort of place that reminds you the Fife coast has more going on than seaside tat and fish suppers, though those are brilliant too.
