Walkers treating it as a loop from Tarbert will find the coastal section worth doing, though it's not demanding terrain.

The real sell is that it sits just down the coast from The Gather holiday park, making it a natural add-on if you're staying in the area. No facilities on the beach itself, so bring what you need. Go when the tide is right - low water opens up far more sand and the rock pools become genuinely interesting. It's unpretentious and, frankly, that's entirely the point.
