The walk takes maybe 30-45 minutes depending on your pace and how often you stop to look about.

If you're based at Barleylands Campsite just down the road, this makes a lovely leg-stretcher without needing to load everyone back in the car. Early morning is when you'll see the most birds, so consider getting there before mid-morning if that's your thing.
