The library in Newburgh is a proper local institution - the kind of place that gives you a real sense of how small Fife communities actually work. It's modest, unpretentious, and genuinely useful if you're staying in the area and need to pick up a book, use the internet, or just find somewhere quiet to sit for a bit.
