Walk into New Covert and you're immediately under a proper canopy of mixed woodland. It's the sort of place where the light filters through in shafts and you can actually hear yourself think - no screaming crowds, no gift shops, just trees and paths.

This is ancient woodland that's been around for centuries, and it feels it.
