You won't be able to wander inside unless you're attending a specific event or have connections to the organisation, which is fair enough - it's a private members' space, not a tourist attraction in the traditional sense. The stonework speaks to a time when these fraternal organisations had proper presence in market towns.

If you're camped at Canterbury Camping and Caravanning Club Campsite just across town, or staying at one of the nearby glamping spots like Brook Farm or Canterbury Lodges, you could easily swing by on a wander through the city. Pair it with a proper look at Canterbury Cathedral and the city walls - you'll get more out of that visit. The Masonic Trust is more of a "oh, that's interesting" moment than a destination in itself, honestly. Worth knowing about if you're a local history buff, but don't rearrange your itinerary for it.
