Walkers get the most from this one. The shoreline's manageable for a couple of hours rambling, and the peace is genuine - you won't be jostling for space with coach parties. Families with restless kids might find an hour enough before boredom sets in, though fishing enthusiasts and bird watchers will happily camp here longer.
