Little Haven Nature Reserve

The woodland around Little Haven is genuinely quiet - you won't stumble into crowds here like you might at bigger Essex nature spots. It's a proper forest walk, the sort where you actually hear birds rather than just assuming they're there somewhere. The reserve sits just outside Benfleet, making it an easy slip-away from the town itself.
