The children's section is genuinely good if you've got little ones - colourful, properly thought through, and staff seem to know what they're doing.

You'll want to come here if you're staying at Warfield Park or Scotlands House Campsite and need a quiet afternoon away from the weather. It's not a destination in itself, but as part of a wider day in Bracknell it works. Grab a book, sit at one of the reading tables by the windows, maybe spend an hour or so. Admission is free, naturally, and there's a reasonable café nearby if you fancy a coffee afterwards.

Honestly, it's the kind of place you'd only prioritise if you're a proper reader or if your kids are desperate for a change of scenery. The local parks - Warfield has decent grounds and Scotlands House sits in quieter countryside - offer more to do outdoors. But if rain's hammering down and screens are getting tedious, Harman's Water does the job. Don't make a special trip to Bracknell just for this, but don't skip it entirely if you're already in the area for a few days.
