The Courts Campsite at 5.7 miles offers another base if you're moving around. Go off-season when the light's low and golden - it suits the melancholy of industrial ruins far better than a bright summer afternoon. Worth it if you're into that sort of thing; less compelling if you're after manicured gardens or family attractions.
