You've got football and rugby grounds here, plus the kind of basic amenities you'd expect from a proper neighbourhood sports hub. It's the sort of place where you bring the kids for a weekend match or drop them at a summer camp without worrying they'll be left standing about in the rain.

This works best if you're staying at one of the nearby holiday parks and looking for something local to keep active.
