Walking into Feathers feels like stumbling into someone's carefully curated living room rather than a formal gallery space. It's an art gallery in Tayport with work that actually engages you instead of making you feel like you're supposed to pretend to understand it.

The gallery focuses on contemporary pieces and changing exhibitions, so what's on the walls depends entirely on when you visit. That's either brilliant or annoying depending on your outlook - you might catch something revelatory or arrive to find nothing speaks to you particularly. The space itself is intimate enough that you won't spend hours wandering aimlessly, but substantial enough to feel worthwhile.
