Walkers and families with decent legs will find it satisfying. History buffs might be less grabbed - there's little in the way of narratives here, just geology and trees. The real appeal is the actual climbing bit and the sense of achievement when you reach the top, especially if you've got kids in tow. Allow an hour minimum if you're just doing the rocks and immediate surroundings.
