The stream cuts through woodland and drops over natural cascades, creating a series of pools that locals love. It's not Niagara Falls, mind you, but on a good day when there's been weather, the energy of it is genuine.

You're looking at maybe an hour's round trip from the car park, following the stream bed itself in places - wear proper shoes because wet rock is slippery, and children need close watching near the water.
