Families with younger kids will find it engaging enough, though teenagers might tire once they've seen the lions and moved on. Timing matters. Summer holidays mean crowds, which can take the shine off things. Spring or autumn is sharper - fewer people, better light for photos. Check opening hours before you go, and budget for entry - it's not free, but falls in line with most British zoos.
