It's a walled garden space with a medieval-style cloister walkway running around it, and the whole thing has that hushed, contemplative feel you don't get many places nowadays. The lawns are immaculate, the borders well-tended, and there's just enough architecture to make it interesting without feeling like a museum visit.

Walkers and garden enthusiasts will get more from it than anyone else - it's not the sort of place that grabs young kids for hours on end, but retirees and anyone after a quiet morning wander will find it genuinely restorative. You can potter around the cloisters, sit on a bench if there are any, and actually hear yourself think. The whole thing takes about forty-five minutes to see properly without rushing.

It sits well within a holiday-park stay based around Coventry - close enough to Hollyfast Caravan Park, which has a solid reputation, to be reached without much faffing about. If you're camping or caravanning in the area and the weather's decent, this is absolutely worth a morning slot.
