Bengallhill, Settlement

The earthworks at Bengallhill sit quietly in the Dumfries & Galloway landscape, unremarkable at first glance but genuinely intriguing once you know what you're looking at. This is a Bronze Age settlement - a collection of low mounds and ditches that mark where people actually lived thousands of years ago.
