Balindean Loch sits quietly in the Perthshire landscape, roughly halfway between Perth and the Fife border, and it's the sort of place where you can actually hear yourself think. The loch itself is modest in size but proper attractive - good for a gentle walk around the perimeter if the mood takes you, and the banks are accessible enough that you won't need specialist kit or hours of spare time.
