Orchard View Farm Camping & Glamping

Had previously visited this restaurant regularly for a sunday roast and was disappointed with how much the quality had declined. The chicken was dry and the vegetables very basic, yorkshires burnt and sides were brought out cold. There were no desserts left either. Not sure if the chef or kitchen staff have changed but was really disappointed with the roast dinner.

Nice friendly welcoming site. We had a camper pitch which was good size. We were only ones on site until a lot later on so very peaceful. Cafe on site but closes at 3 during winter mths. We only had a cuppa this morning but seemed to have a good selection of food for breakfast and lunch and nice looking cakes! Phone Signal in area is poor. An amazing campsite in such a beautiful area! Toilets and showers are super clean and everyone very friendly. Great shop and location. They even arrived early Sunday morning in the rain with a jump pack to get our camper van restarted after the headlights had been left on overnight! Will be staying again!

Went on a very short notice getaway just for some peace and quiet. Can’t fault the place. Showers and toilets are simple and very clean, hot water was lush. Well kept and the staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly, really made it. Enough to do nearby within driving distance. Animals on sight are fun, and can’t forget teddy and Murphy, little legends.

Great campsite with a lot of potential. It would be great if the campsite had hook up electric facilities. Bathrooms need attention. Otherwise great quiet site. Loved the little South African shop and lovely friendly young ex South African lady. Breakfast was lovely and accommodating us as we did not know we had to book a table.
