Without Prejudice Absolutely appalling park management, customer service and health & safety from Vale Holidays who have owned the park for the last two years. We were on a seasonal pitch from August of last year for a touring caravan and as of yesterday (22/09/24) we removed my caravan early and also decking I had fitted in April of this year. Nicely placed caravan park, only 100 yards off the main road, but really quiet, and beautifully maintained. There is an abundance of wildlife especially birds onsite and we loved going to dolphin watch from the pier at New Quay (although didnt see any this time!). The site owners and Eddie the warden were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back in ...
