Haven Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village

Had a lovely weekend with the grandchildren. A very friendly family park that is extremely well kept. The staff were great, mostly young and enthusiastic people, I hope they are paid well 😃

Had a great weekend away at haven burnham on sea, staff was so helpful when needed help and advice. We had issues when we arrived with the heating which was sorted within 20 minutes of going to reception desk. It was ok - we visited in October so perhaps things were a bit tired after the summer season. The caravan was ok but some things were a bit grubby, stained and broken (we realised a wet patch in the main bedroom was from the radiator in the next bedroom).
