I can't and wouldn't want to give any less than top marks for this place. The location is just amazing and so peaceful and secluded. Paul is the perfect host and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is double bunks in all the areas, with comfy mattresses. There is a big BBQ area with pots and pans and a 2 ring gas hob with 2 kettles on for brews. Stayed in Thorpe Barns with friends and had a great time. We stayed in the three 'Sheds', which were really well equipped and perfect for playing music and using the lighting. Hot tub was great and the outside space was ideal for kicking balls around, playing frisbee and BBQ'ing. Really nice pub 10 minute walk. Loved our stay here. Beautiful location and nothing was too much trouble for Paul. The containers are really cool - decent sound system, lighting, fridges - everything you need for a party. Lucky enough to have good weather for BBQ and games on the field in the day and to make the most of the fire pit at night.
