White Mossy Hill

It's the sort of walk that appeals to people who actually want to be out in the landscape rather than ticking off famous peaks. Families with older kids will manage it fine - no scrambling or exposure to worry about. The main consideration is weather. When the mist rolls in, you lose most of the payoff, so pick a decent day. There's no admission charge and no facilities on the hill itself, so bring water and something to eat.
