Open most days until half past five (closing earlier on Fridays and weekends), it's a genuinely useful stop if you're staying at one of the nearby holiday parks like Knight's Village or Warwick Racecourse campsite. The building itself won't win any architectural prizes, but the staff are helpful and there are decent public facilities.

Families touring the area will find it handy for rainy day backup plans, especially with Warwick Castle just a short walk away. Not exactly a tourist attraction in itself, but libraries rarely are. What it lacks in glamour it makes up for in practicality - clean loos, free internet, and a warm space to regroup before tackling the castle crowds.
