Viaduct

The viaduct near Plymouth is one of those Victorian engineering feats that stops you in your tracks. For a casual visitor, it's a solid stop if you're already out exploring the area rather than a destination in itself.

It's free to view, accessible year-round, and works brilliantly as part of a wider Dartmoor walk. Hidden Hill Devon is just over two miles away if you're staying at their glamping site, and it makes an easy morning outing before heading out to Dartmoor Domes or exploring further afield. Go on a clear day if you can - the structure looks better in decent light, and you'll want to see properly where it's going.
