Upper City Mills

The ruins of Upper City Mills sit quietly on the outskirts of Perth, easy to miss if you're not looking for them. What remains is essentially a collection of stone foundations and broken walls scattered across a modest site - the skeletal remains of what was once a significant industrial complex from the 18th and 19th centuries. Families with young kids might find it frustrating; they'll need to be genuinely interested in old buildings to stay engaged.
