The Grange Dog Park sits just outside Market Rasen and does exactly what it says on the tin - a dedicated space where dogs can run properly without leads. Nothing fancy, no Instagram moments, just practical open ground where your pooch can burn off energy while you stand about with a coffee and chat to other dog owners.

It's the sort of place that matters if you're touring with a spaniel or a collie that's been cooped up in a caravan. Half an hour here and they're properly knackered, which means a peaceful evening back at the pitch. The space is enclosed, so you're not chasing them across three fields. Terrain's straightforward - grass and well-trodden paths, nothing that'll test your walking boots.
