The church sits quietly in Walesby village, a few miles south of Market Rasen, with the kind of understated charm that makes you wonder why you've never heard of it before. St Mary's is a proper medieval affair - the sort of place where you can actually feel the centuries pressing down on you without it feeling like a museum performance.
