St Martins Abbey

The ruins of St Martins Abbey sit quietly on the outskirts of Perth, a fragment of medieval Scotland that most visitors driving past on the A85 never notice. What remains is essentially the shell of a 12th-century Augustinian monastery - crumbling stone walls and arches that tell you plenty if you know how to read them, but won't keep you occupied for hours on end.
