St. John the Baptist C of E Church

The stone tower of St. John the Baptist rises above the Northampton suburbs with proper medieval gravitas. It's a working parish church, so visiting isn't a ticketed thing - you turn up, walk in, and sit in the cool quiet for as long as you want.
