All told, St. Bartholomew's works best as part of a broader Wensleydale visit rather than a destination in itself. Pop in while you're in town, give it twenty minutes, then head off to Leyburn's decent local spots for lunch. No entry fee as far as I can tell, though it's worth checking opening times before making the trip.
