Walkers using the town as a base for coastal paths won't find much here beyond a spot to warm up and browse, which is fine. History types hoping for local archives or heritage materials might come away slightly disappointed.

You pick up local information, chat to regulars who know the area properly, and sometimes stumble across events or recommendations you wouldn't find in guidebooks.
