Families with kids will find it moderately engaging for an hour, though you'll need your own entertainment beyond "look at the water."

Go early morning if you can, before the day gets busy elsewhere in town. It's free, naturally, and open whenever you fancy it. Not a headline attraction, but exactly the kind of quietly worthwhile detour that elevates a decent day into a proper one.
