Portsoy Shorehead

The harbourfront at Portsoy is one of those places that rewards turning up without a plan. Weathered stone quays curve around sheltered water, with fishing boats and small yachts bobbing about like they've been there forever - because many have. The village itself sits on the Aberdeenshire coast between Banff and Cullen, and the shorehead is the beating heart of it all.

You're really here to walk, watch, and soak in the working atmosphere.
