Nasir Mosque

The Nasir Mosque sits just outside Hartlepool, a working Islamic place of worship that often surprises visitors expecting yet another Victorian church. It's housed in a converted Victorian building, which gives the whole thing a fascinating split personality - all period stonework on the outside, prayer halls and ablution facilities within.
