Getting there from Lochwinnoch is straightforward - it's practically on the doorstep. If you're staying at The Pods at Auchenhean, you're only a few miles away, so it works well as a morning or evening outing rather than a full day commitment. Allow an hour or so for a gentle walk, maybe longer if you're stopping to watch birds or just soaking up the quiet.
