The water here sits perfectly still on a good day, dark and reflective as obsidian. Loch Bad nan Earb is a small, lesser-known loch tucked into the Highland landscape near Drumnadrochit, and it's the sort of place you stumble upon rather than plan for. Unlike its famous neighbour Loch Ness, this one rewards quiet contemplation over coach-park tourism.
