Walk into Langdale Wood and you're immediately swallowed by proper woodland - the kind with a decent canopy that actually blocks out the sky. It's near Worcester, making it a natural choice if you're based at one of the nearby parks like Seaborne Leisure or Out To Grass for a break from caravan life.

The wood itself is straightforward: forest trails winding through mature trees, a bit of undergrowth, the usual woodland sounds. There's something genuinely restorative about it, even if it's not dramatic. No waterfalls or viewpoints to Instagram, just trees and paths and quiet. Perfect for anyone who finds the typical tourist trap exhausting.

Walkers will get the most from it - bring proper boots because it can be muddy, especially after rain.
