You could easily combine a morning visiting the sculptures with exploring Bury Saint Edmunds itself - the abbey ruins are proper impressive if you're already in the area.

Best to ring ahead or check locally before you go, as opening access can be a bit unclear. Bring comfortable shoes and a camera - the surrounding countryside is lovely for a proper walk.
