Teenagers generally find it absorbing too, though under-eights might struggle with the length and pace - there's only so much standing around looking at displays they'll tolerate. Adults who've never read the books? You'll still appreciate the craftsmanship, but you won't get the same hit of recognition that makes other visitors gasp when they see certain rooms.
