Escape rooms aren't everyone's cup of tea, but Divergent Games near Clackmannan does them properly. You're locked in a themed room with a group - usually around 90 minutes to crack puzzles, find hidden clues, and work out how to get back out again. It's the sort of thing that sounds gimmicky until you're actually in there and genuinely stumped by a lock mechanism.

The nearest proper town is Clackmannan itself, which is small but pleasant enough for a walk around. Most places of this type run evening slots, so it slots in well after dinner.

You'll want to book ahead, naturally. Allow about two hours door-to-door once you factor in a briefing and debrief. It's not free, but prices for escape rooms tend to be reasonable split across a group. Not life-changing, but a solid addition to a Clackmannanshire break if you've got the right people with you.
