Dalry Trinity Church

Built in 1886, it's the sort of place that feels genuinely used by locals rather than packed with tour groups, which is refreshing. The interior's straightforward but dignified: high ceilings, decent stained glass, and the kind of peaceful quiet that actually means something.

What makes it worth a visit depends entirely on what you want from a church. History buffs will appreciate the Victorian architecture and the way it represents a particular moment in Scottish church building.
