The town of Cheltenham itself has far more interesting things to offer - the Promenade, the town's Georgian architecture, and decent independent cafes that are worth your time instead. You'll spend maybe 20 minutes here, tops, unless you're settling in to work remotely. It's free to sit, though they'll expect you to buy something. The real value of Costa in Cheltenham is practical rather than experiential - a reliable option when you need coffee and aren't fussed about hunting for somewhere special. If you're caravan-based and want to stretch your legs before heading out to explore the Cotswolds or Symonds Yat further afield, fine. But don't build a morning around it.
