Carn Tarsuinn

The walk up Carn Tarsuinn is a proper hill rather than a mountain, which makes it accessible without needing special gear or hours of scrambling. It sits near Fort Augustus on the eastern shore of Loch Ness, and the path rewards you with views across the loch and into the Great Glen. On a clear day you can see well beyond the immediate landscape.
