Carn Bingally

The walk up Carn Bingally isn't going to exhaust you, but it'll give you proper views across the Highlands without the slog of a proper mountain. It's a modest peak near Beauly, the sort of place you can knock off in an afternoon without needing special kit or a dawn start.
